VK4FR Frame- 1000W x1545H Bolted

This is the highest frame that we do. It is designed for most high roof vans on the market, such as the VW Crafter, Ford Transit High Roof or Toyota HiAce High Roof. This kit can be installed in nearly any position in a van, most commonly over the rear wheel arches, but it can it can be installed behind the front seats facing back or facing out a sliding door.

This frame suits any of the 950mm wide trays and can take a maximum of seven trays depending on the tray size. The upright post has 24 slots above the bottom bar. This is a bolted frame and the bottom bar can be left out if you want to fit tray all the way down to the floor (see individual tray descriptions for the numbers of slots required for each tray).

The frame is constructed from 25.4mm square mild steel tube with a 1.6mm wall. It is made from New Zealand steel which is fabricated and powder coated in New Zealand.

Installation: The upright square posts fit over the round upright post welded to the foot. The foot is tek screwed to the floor and the top brackets are fixed to the side of the van or nearest supporting structure. This is a bolted frame and some assembly is required.
