VK3FR Frame - 1345W x 885H Welded

This double bay kit is designed to go either behind the front sides of a van across the full width of the van, or facing out the side windows of a single cab ute. This frame is not suitable for installing down the side of a van as the top of the frame needs to be fixed to the side of the van and at 895mm high the top of this frame lines up with the window on most vans.

This frame suits any of the 630mm wide trays and can take a maximum of eight trays depending on the tray size (four in each bay). The upright post has 16 slots and this is a welded frame (see individual tray descriptions for the numbers of slots required for each tray).

The frame is constructed from 25.4mm square mild steel tube with a 1.6mm wall. It is made from New Zealand steel which is fabricated and powder coated in New Zealand.

Installation: The bottom bar of the kit is directly fixed to the floor with tek screws, and the top brackets needs to be fixed to the nearest supporting structure.  This is a welded frame for easier installation.
